The basics.

What does "partnership-based" actually mean?+
We structure engagements around the outcome rather than billable hours, and we work inside your business alongside your team. Senior practitioners stay on the work from first meeting to handover. You do not get sold by a partner and delivered by a graduate.
What does "quality-controlled" mean in practice?+
Every deliverable passes an independent senior reviewer before it reaches you: logic traced, assumptions challenged, sources verified, then signed. We call it Vera checked™. It applies to human work and AI-generated work alike.
Do I have to take a whole programme?+
No. Many clients start with a single service, most often a Virtual Sales Director or a leadership programme, and expand once they see the result.
Which industries do you work in?+
Dozens. Finance, real estate, education, professional services, retail, construction and service businesses among them. What matters more than sector is whether you have a team and something real riding on the outcome.
Where are you based?+
Perth. We deliver Australia-wide, travelling for engagements and working on site with your team.
Engagements and pricing

Scope, fees and timing.

How much does it cost?+
Engagements are priced on scope and outcome, not seats or pages. Every relationship starts with a free consultation so we can be specific rather than generic.
Why are there no prices on the website?+
Because the honest answer depends on your situation. Publishing a number would either overcharge the simple engagements or undersell the serious ones.
How long is a typical engagement?+
A focused project runs a quarter. Leadership and sales partnerships typically run twelve months or longer, because that is how long behaviour change takes.
Is the first meeting really free?+
Yes, and there is no obligation attached. You will leave with a plain read on your situation whether or not you engage us.
Do you offer retainers?+
Yes. Most of our sales, strategy and AI engagements run as ongoing partnerships rather than one-off projects.

Intelligent systems, answered.

Do you sell AI software?+
No, we build custom. A generic tool cannot learn your sector’s language, constraints and standards, which is exactly where unverified AI goes wrong.
What does "checked by a person" mean?+
A senior practitioner with Big-4 experience reviews the output before release, then signs it. It is a full review, not a spot check.
Will an agent replace our staff?+
It replaces the repetitive load, not the people. The point is to move your team onto work that needs judgement, and to upskill them for what comes next.
Who owns the agent and the data?+
You own your data and your accounts. Ownership and portability of the agent are set out explicitly in the engagement terms before you commit.
Is Vera checked™ an audit?+
No. It is an independent advisory review, not an audit, compilation or engagement under the Australian Auditing Standards or any professional attestation standard, and not a substitute for audit or assurance where that is required by law.

Who delivers the training?+
Seasoned entrepreneurs, registered psychologists and professional trainers from our team. People who have run and scaled businesses.
Is 360 feedback confidential?+
Yes. Individual responses are confidential and reported in aggregate, which is what makes people willing to answer honestly.
Are your assessments validated?+
Yes. We use properly validated psychometric instruments administered by registered psychologists, not personality quizzes.
Do you handle recruitment end to end?+
We can, including shortlisting and reference work, or we can sit alongside your existing recruiter and handle assessment only.
Confidentiality

Is my information secure?+
Yes. Work is handled under a signed NDA, in your environment where possible, and never shared with third parties or used to train anything outside your engagement.
Will you sign our NDA?+
Yes. We are happy to work under yours or provide ours, whichever you prefer.
Do you name clients publicly?+
Only with permission. The case studies on this site are published with our clients’ consent.
