Do we have to start at Tier 01?+
No. We assess where your team actually is, often using 360 feedback and psychometrics, and recommend the tier honestly. Some teams are ready for the experiential programme immediately; some need foundations first.
Can we pick and choose the modules?+
Yes, and most clients do. The foundations tier is a library rather than a fixed course. We assess where your team is, recommend the modules that will actually move the needle, and sequence them into a programme that fits your calendar and your capacity to release people.
Is the Mental Health First Aid training accredited?+
We deliver the content, not the licensed Mental Health First Aid Australia certificate. Our facilitators are registered psychologists and a psychotherapist. Tell us at the consultation which certificate you actually need and we will say plainly whether we can issue it or point you to someone who can.
Why is the flagship programme twelve months?+
Because pattern change takes that long. Short interventions produce insight that fades within a fortnight. The retreat-plus-monthly rhythm exists specifically to hold new behaviour while it is still fragile.
Is the mind/body work optional?+
It is integral, and it is research-based rather than decorative. Breathwork, meditation and movement are the mechanism by which emotional regulation becomes reliable under pressure. We introduce it carefully and we explain the evidence.
What is the depth work, and is it compulsory?+
It is nervous system regulation, somatic processing and emotional processing, held by a psychotherapist. It is entirely optional and only offered where psychological safety is genuinely established. We never push anyone into it, and nobody is exposed in front of colleagues without consent.
Is this religious?+
No. Yogic philosophy and practice are used as a practical technology for emotional regulation and mental clarity, correlated to a Western anatomical framework. There is no belief requirement.
Who is the outdoor tier appropriate for?+
Senior leadership teams and elite performance teams. Every expedition is designed around the group’s actual physical capacity, with medical screening and risk protocols throughout. It is challenging by design, not reckless.
How many people can you take?+
Workshops run well from six to around twenty-five. Cohort and experiential programmes are capped at twelve so there is room for genuine process work. Expeditions are smaller again.
Can you deliver on our site?+
Yes. Most foundations delivery is on site or at a venue near you. Retreats and expeditions are held at appropriate locations, which we arrange.
How do you prove it worked?+
We baseline before and re-assess after using the same instruments, so you see the movement rather than taking our word for it. For the twelve-month programme we track quarterly.
