Your org chart shows who reports to whom.
Not what's actually happening.
The Neural Org Chart™ maps the real flow of information and decision-making across every person in your business, so problem areas surface as evidence, not office politics. Externally run, anonymous by design, and pattern-validated before anything reaches your desk.
From staff database to neural map. Five stages.
The same engine runs every engagement, whether you are 40 people or 4,000. You upload once; the system does the chasing.
Upload
Your staff database goes into the secure back-end: name, title, seniority, department. That is all we need from you.
Distribute
360° feedback forms go to every person automatically. Each person rates the flow under, beside and above them, and those ratings become the building blocks of the map.
Track
Automatic friendly reminders run until completion. Your HR coordinator sees a live database of who is outstanding; nobody else does.
Validate
Pattern-recognition cross-checks every grievance against independent responses. One complaint is noise; fourteen matching reports is a finding.
Generate
The Neural Org Chart renders with problem areas pulsing by severity, alongside Org, Department and Problem Area reports. Red flags escalate to management live.
Four levels of detail. One click apart.
Start at the whole-company view and drill down to a single handoff between two people, without ever exposing an individual's anonymous feedback.
Organisation
The full neural map: every person, every reporting line, every lateral flow.
- Org health score vs sector benchmark
- Problem areas pulse by severity
- Layered reporting made visible
Department
Aggregate feedback indexes by company, function and department.
- Health index and completion rates
- Cross-department road-blocks
- CSV / XLSX export of everything
Individual
Named flow scores for leadership; anonymised pattern nodes for staff.
- Upward, downward and lateral flow
- Peer themes, not raw comments
- Skip-level signal included
Pathway
A single handoff between two nodes, with the evidence behind the flag.
- Independent report count
- Severity score and trend
- Recommended intervention
People tell the truth to a third party.
We hold the data. Not your managers.
Staff do not open up to systems their boss administers. IBG acts as the independent data-privacy authority: feedback comes to us, individual responses are never shown to the client, and only pattern-validated findings are reported.
- Hosted in a secured dashboard, access-controlled
- Staff nodes anonymised on the map by default
- Higher honesty means higher data accuracy and usability
Findings are signed. Before you see them.
Every Org Report, Department Report and Problem Area Report passes an independent senior reviewer who traces the logic and challenges the pattern-matching before release. We call it Vera checked™, and it applies here like everywhere else at IBG.
- Logic traced, thresholds challenged, sources verified
- Practitioner-signed and traceable
- Red-flag escalations reviewed within 24 hours
When something serious surfaces, it doesn't wait for the report.
If the pattern engine detects a severe cluster (safety, conduct, or a critical process failure) it escalates to management immediately, with clarity on the situation. From there, our investigative consulting steps in to diagnose the cause and build the plan to overcome it, or to secure the interests of stakeholders.
Our experts catch the signals before anyone else does.
The system surfaces the patterns. Reading what they mean, before they become resignations, incidents and blown deadlines, is a human skill. Our psychologists and seasoned operators have watched these signals play out across hundreds of businesses, and they know the early tells.
Routing around
Communication quietly flows around a manager while the formal chart still looks intact. The neural map shows it; our experts know what it means.
The quiet team
Feedback volume and candour drop in one department while everywhere else stays normal. Silence is data, and it rarely means things are fine.
Shadow hierarchy
Decisions route through someone the org chart says has no authority. Left alone, it breeds bottlenecks and manager conflict; named early, it is a promotion conversation.
Safety drift
Shortcut language starts normalising in frontline feedback. This is the one signal that never waits for a report cycle.
Two products. One division.
The 360 cycle is a complete product on its own. The Neural Org Chart™ is what only IBG can build on top of it.
360 Feedback & Reporting
The full multi-source feedback cycle, run externally by IBG. Every person rates the flow under, beside and above them; you get validated Org, Department and Problem Area reports without administering a thing.
- Anonymous by design, auto-reminders included
- Department health indexes and CSV / XLSX exports
- A complete product on its own
The Neural Org Chart™
IBG's proprietary instrument, built on the 360 cycle. The feedback becomes a living map of how information and decisions actually move, with problem areas surfaced, validated and priced.
- Every person, every pathway, severity-scored
- Read by practitioners who catch the signals early
- Ends in a signed Organisational Report
One instrument. A dozen jobs.
Once you can see how information actually moves, the applications stack up. These are the engagements the Neural Org Chart™ powers.
Neural Org Chart™, answered.
What is a Neural Org Chart?
A Neural Org Chart is a live map of how information and decisions actually flow through a company: every person, every reporting line, every lateral pathway, built from anonymous 360° multi-source feedback. Where a traditional org chart shows formal reporting lines, organisational network analysis shows the real ones, with problem areas scored by severity. The Neural Org Chart™ is a proprietary instrument of Inspired Business Group.
How is this different from a standard 360 degree feedback survey?
A standard 360 degree feedback tool scores individuals. Our 360 Feedback & Reporting cycle does that too, but the ratings also become the building blocks of the network map, so you see communication breakdowns, information road-blocks and bottlenecks between people and departments, not just individual scores. The 360 cycle is available standalone; the Neural Org Chart™ is the flagship built on top of it.
Is the employee feedback really anonymous?
Yes. IBG runs the entire cycle externally as an independent data-privacy authority. Individual responses are never shown to the client, staff nodes are anonymised on the map, and findings are only reported once the pattern engine cross-validates them against three or more independent sources. External, anonymous collection is why response honesty (and therefore data accuracy) is dramatically higher than internally run surveys.
How long does an engagement take, and what do we have to do?
You upload one staff database (name, title, seniority, department). We distribute the forms, run automatic reminders, validate the patterns and generate the map. A typical cycle runs four to six weeks from upload to the practitioner-signed Organisational Report, and your dashboard access runs for a full year.
What size and type of company is it for?
The instrument scales from around 40 staff to several thousand, and the use cases go well beyond HR: budget allocation, bottleneck detection, restructure design, M&A due diligence, attrition prediction, safety culture and key person risk. If your company is big enough that leadership can no longer see everything directly, it is big enough to map.
What does it cost?
Engagements are priced on scope and stakes, not per page or per seat, and every engagement starts with a conversation. Book a free consultation and we will walk you through a live map and scope your headcount on the call.
