These terms are governed by the laws of Western Australia.
We are committed to protecting your privacy and handling your personal information in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles.
Where we conduct psychological assessment or 360 feedback, that information is handled by registered psychologists in accordance with their professional obligations. Individual 360 responses are confidential and reported only in aggregate.
We do not sell your personal information. We disclose it only to service providers who help us operate our business, under obligations of confidentiality, or where required by law. Some of those providers are located overseas. This site is hosted on Vercel and enquiries are stored in our customer relationship system, both of which process data on servers in the United States. By submitting an enquiry you consent to that disclosure.
We take reasonable steps to protect personal information from misuse, loss and unauthorised access. Client work is handled under confidentiality agreement and is not used to train any system outside your engagement.
You may request access to the personal information we hold about you, or ask us to correct it, by emailing hello@inspiredbusinessgroup.com.
If you believe we have mishandled your personal information, contact us first. If you are not satisfied with our response you may complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner.

Vera checked™ is a proprietary quality-control review process of Inspired Business Group.
A Vera checked™ review is an independent advisory review performed by a senior practitioner. The reviewer traces the logic, challenges the assumptions and verifies the sources in the material submitted, then signs the review.
A Vera checked™ review is not an audit, review, compilation or any other engagement conducted under GAAS, SSARS, the Australian Auditing Standards, or any professional attestation standard. It is not a substitute for audit or CPA attestation where such attestation is required by law, by a lender, or by a regulator. It does not constitute financial product advice, legal advice or a valuation.
A review covers only the material submitted and the matters within the agreed scope. It cannot detect matters concealed from the reviewer, and it does not extend to information the reviewer was not given.
Where a review is passed, you may present the Vera checked™ mark and report in connection with the specific reviewed material. The mark may not be applied to other work, to later versions of the material, or used to imply an audit or attestation.
A review is an advisory opinion on the material submitted. It does not transfer responsibility for that material to us, and the decision to rely on it remains yours. Where liability can lawfully be limited, our liability in connection with a review is limited to the fee paid for that review. Nothing here excludes any guarantee or remedy under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded.
